Brandon Frazier and another man were trying on necklaces at the MBTA's Government Center Blue Line station in Boston just before midnight on Saturday, Aug. 20, transit police said. The men posed with the jewelry and snapped photos of themselves wearing them. When they walked away without paying for those items, the vendor tried to stop them.

That's when a woman who was with Frazier and the other man stepped up and began to punch the vendor in the face repeatedly before they all ran off, authorities said

On Wednesday, officers spotted Frazier at an Orange Line Shuttle stop at the Government Center noticed Frazier and arrested him, police said.
